I recently had the honor to conduct a workshop for members of the Moxxie Mentoring Foundation and I was so inspired by the enthusiasm of both the mentors and mentees! The mission of the Moxxie Mentoring Foundations is to INSPIRE • MENTOR • LEAD women toward career advancement and leadership roles. Through generational mentoring, role modeling and peer support, we instill self-confidence, professionalism, compassion and the drive to succeed. The Foundation provides college students and young professionals not only with the opportunity to meet with mentors on an individual and group basis but also access to an entire community of seasoned business women   Donations will help provide partial scholarships and subsidized mentoring fees as well as cover expenses including mentor training classes, mentor/mentee recruitment, mentee orientation classes, professional development workshops, program materials, on-site career explorations trips and associated transportation costs, meeting expenses and expansion of our current programs.
