Through the Balancing Act Workshop, we will learn to examine our choices.  We will use a simple equation: balance plus replacing Energy Depleting behaviors with new and healthier Energy Filling activities.  We will learn a new method of evaluation to radically increase contentment and energy levels! With new awareness and a simple rating system, we will learn to assess how our behaviors, habits and choices affect our lives.  We will gain a clearer understanding of how our choices influence our productivity, fulfillment and happiness.  Armed with this knowledge, we can begin to make a shift. Although life will continue to remain busy and sometimes even stressful, we will identify new strategies to help tip the scales in a positive direction!


In this workshop we will:


  • Learn to evaluate how people, places and things affect your energy level.

  • Begin to gauge which habits and behaviors exhaust your energy reserves.

  • Gain a deeper understanding of the people, places and things that are toxic to your wellbeing.

  • Comprise personalized list of the ones that deplete your energy most and rate the effect.

  • Dig deep and get in touch with what makes you happy again.

  • Create a counterbalancing list of energy fillers and rate their strengths.

  • Learn to bring this simple equation into your life to bring you back to a state of balance and harmony.
