During the Emotional Flips workshop, we will examine the wide-ranging effects of both negative and positive emotions.  Scrutinizing these opposing paradigms, we can recognize how they affect us personally.  In a group setting, we can observe the collective impact of focusing on either end of the spectrum.  We will acquire new tools and use our personal power to turn these emotions around.  Together, we will harness the powerful collective energy of the group.  We will use this newly created energy to craft personal goals, achieving more positive approach when we face challenges. Lastly, we will explore and commit to specific actions designed to unleash your true positive potential.
