What do people say when you enter the room? What do people say when the door shuts behind you?

Have you truly taken stock of yourself by doing a personal audit, googling yourself, updating all social media profiles and taking dynamic head shots?

Do you possess the foresight to ask your past and present employees, board members, colleagues and network members for references, recommendations and testimonials?  Have you offered in good faith to do the same?

Do you have a circle of trusted advisors who will have your back when the chips are down, celebrate your successes, reason through opportunities and talk you off the ledge in case of emergencies?
