I am a Transformational Executive Coach who specializes in personal growth, organizational development, career coaching, leadership development, managing transitions, executive presence, personal branding, personal empowerment, life balance, organization and productivity.
I work with a broad spectrum of clients: emerging leaders, executives and individuals in transition, organizations and those seeking work life balance.
I am a collaborative, solutions-focused Coach. I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal and professional challenges. Through careful introspection, we will face inner critics, learn to recognize limiting beliefs and combat self-doubt in order to build self-confidence and increase personal power. With compassion and understanding, we will work together to build on your strengths and to attain the personal growth you are committed to achieving.
In my work with organizations, I use specialized coaching techniques to bring symmetry to disorder through the following: team development, organizational development, change management, leadership development, conflict resolution and increased communication.
My degree in marketing and public relations from Boston University is supplemented by certifications from New York University in Personal and Organizational Coaching, Organizational and Leadership Development, Digital Marketing and Executive Coaching.
I hold certifications in Personal Training, Yoga and Meditation Instruction. Education, like life, is a balance.
I am deeply dedicated to giving back personally and through all organizations I serve. I co-created the Cake for Kids Program at the Island Harvest Food Bank, which provides birthday cakes for children whose birthdays would otherwise go uncelebrated. I will be donating my coaching services, as well as percentage of my earnings, to Coaching Women for Change, an organization that prides itself on giving women a second chance to find a fulfilling and fruitful life through coaching. I also support The Safe House of LI.
I bring extensive, broad-based experience as an executive, continually pursuing personal betterment through professional development and avid love of reading. As a devoted wife and mother of two, I make time to ensure wellness and balance through a healthy lifestyle, including yoga, meditation and exercise.
I believe people and organizations are resourceful and all things are possible. Through the process of transformational coaching, we will craft and incorporate new behaviors and design powerful actions unleashing one’s true potential.
